Metal as Textile
Copper, stripped of its industrial rigidity, becomes a woven surface. Light-capturing, structurally stable, and made to order. Each panel is Jacquard-woven to specification, engineered for the architectural application it will serve.

The Process
The Jacquard loom, originally developed for complex textile patterns, has been recalibrated to accept the tension of drawn copper wire. Each thread is placed with precision, creating an interlaced structure with both structural stability and controlled drape.
The process demands exact tension calibration across every thread. Too loose and the plane loses cohesion. Too tight and the copper fractures. The resulting weave is an engineered balance between material resistance and textile behavior.

Supply Formats
Maison Jacquard supplies in two formats. Roll material is delivered cut to ordered length, ready for your production line. Precut supply is available for manufacturers integrating defined shapes: panels, inserts, or mitered pieces cut to your template, packed with interleaves and shipped flat. Precut supply includes material, cutting, and packaging. Template setup is quoted per project. Contact us to discuss which format suits your integration.
Our team is also happy to support your project if you need us to produce the final product.
